Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and mostbeet ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the mostbeet website or associated services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the mostbeet platform and close any account you may have opened. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. mostbeet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via email or an on-platform notification, but it remains your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version is the authoritative version for all legal purposes. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English text shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and hold an active account at mostbeet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. mostbeet is strictly an adults-only platform. Registration, deposit, and play by individuals under 18 is prohibited without exception.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual, and not on behalf of any commercial entity or third party.

• You must not be subject to any legal prohibition, court order, or regulatory restriction that prevents you from participating in online gambling or betting activities.
• You must register using your own accurate, truthful personal information. The use of a false name, date of birth, or identity document to circumvent age verification is a criminal offence and will be reported to relevant authorities.

mostbeet employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to confirm the identity and age of every player before processing their first withdrawal. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card or passport) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality for the affected account.

Account Registration and Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account at mostbeet. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or inadvertently, are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, mostbeet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, consolidate balances at its discretion, and withhold any bonuses claimed across those accounts.

Registration Information

When registering at mostbeet, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You must update this information promptly if any of it changes. mostbeet bears no liability for failed communications, missed withdrawal notifications, or account access issues caused by outdated contact information provided by the player.

Password and Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your mostbeet login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. mostbeet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted from your account — including bets placed and deposits or withdrawals initiated — is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to our support team promptly. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on mostbeet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly; any conversion costs or exchange rate differences that arise from a player's bank or mobile wallet applying a currency conversion are the responsibility of the player, not mostbeet.

Supported Payment Methods

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section of the platform and are subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified players are typically processed within 24 hours. Withdrawals cannot be initiated until identity verification (KYC) has been completed successfully. mostbeet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal where fraud monitoring systems identify unusual account activity. All withdrawals are paid out to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering control.

Declined and Reversed Transactions

If a deposit is declined by your payment provider, please contact your bank or mobile wallet operator before attempting again. mostbeet is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers in connection with declined or reversed transactions. Chargebacks initiated against mostbeet without prior contact with our support team are considered a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Betting and Casino Game Rules

All sports betting markets and casino games offered on mostbeet are governed by their own individual game or market rules in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between a specific game rule and these Terms, the specific game rule takes precedence for that game or market only.

Sports Betting

Bets placed on sports events — including cricket matches such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), ICC T20 World Cup, Indian Premier League (IPL), and international fixtures featuring the Bangladesh Tigers — are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting body. mostbeet reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match manipulation, pricing error, or system fault. In the event that a sporting event is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules published at the time the bet was placed.

Casino Games

All casino games available on the mostbeet platform — including slot titles from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, and NetEnt, and live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi — use certified random number generators (RNGs) and are supplied by regulated studios under their own gaming certificates. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the game provider and is not altered by mostbeet. mostbeet does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or platform outage during an active casino game round or live sports bet, mostbeet will endeavour to resolve the situation in the fairest possible manner. Where a game round cannot be completed and a bet has already been deducted from the player's balance, the deducted amount will be refunded. mostbeet's decision in matters of technical dispute is final.

Bonuses and Promotions

mostbeet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods published at the time the promotion is announced. General rules that apply to all mostbeet bonuses are outlined below.

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms.
• Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is displayed in the promotional terms for each offer.
• mostbeet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any promotion, or recalculate a player's bonus balance where there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Bonuses credited in connection with seasonal events — such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Bangladesh Victory Day (December 16), or major cricket tournaments — are subject to the same general wagering requirements unless specific promotional terms state otherwise.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will be automatically credited to the specified game title and will expire if not used within the validity period stated in the offer.
• mostbeet reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already credited to a player's account before the modification are honoured under the terms in place at the time of crediting.

Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mostbeet platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct faces immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner that is not available to a standard human player.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino table games, poker, or sports betting markets.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund a mostbeet account.
• Engaging in money laundering, including depositing funds to the platform with no genuine intention to use them for betting or gaming activity.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to operate your mostbeet account.
• Attempting to access, probe, or exploit vulnerabilities in the mostbeet platform, its backend systems, payment infrastructure, or game software.
• Registering while under the age of 18, or providing false date-of-birth information to circumvent the platform's age verification process.
• Posting abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory content in any platform communication channel, including live chat with support agents.

mostbeet employs dedicated fraud monitoring systems that operate around the clock. Suspicious account activity is reviewed by the compliance team and, where warranted, the relevant account may be frozen pending investigation. Players under investigation will be notified by email and provided a reasonable opportunity to respond before any permanent action is taken, except where the urgency of the situation — for example, an ongoing fraud — requires immediate suspension.

Account Suspension and Closure

mostbeet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• mostbeet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation on the account.
• The player has failed to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• The player has requested self-exclusion through the platform's responsible gaming tools or via the support team.
• The player's account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with no login activity recorded.
• mostbeet is required to close the account by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their mostbeet account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at support@mostbeet. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the most recent payment method on file, subject to standard withdrawal verification. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling has become problematic are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available within the mostbeet responsible gaming section, or to contact support directly. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately. Once self-excluded, a player cannot reopen their account for the duration of the exclusion period they have chosen. mostbeet will make every reasonable effort to ensure that self-excluded players do not receive promotional communications during the exclusion period. Limitation of Liability

mostbeet provides its services on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mostbeet's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. mostbeet is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses, including lost profits or lost winnings resulting from platform outages or bet settlement errors, unless caused by mostbeet's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
